Dancing has become my favorite activity, thanks to Maki and Stephen. They teach in an encouraging, fun way that makes sense and makes it easy to improve. I love the exercise, the brain stimulation, and the great social connections that have come from joining 5th Ave💚

I promised my wife 30 years ago i would learn to dance. They say it is better late than never. Thanks to Steven and Maki i look forward to our dance lessons and meeting other people at the studio, all at different levels. Steven and Maki are wonderful instructors with the ability to make you feel comfortable while you are learning. If you want to meet genuine people, learn how to dance and have a good time come alone to 5th Avenue Dance Studio. I wish i had meet Steven and Maki 30 years ago.

Thanks for returning our love of dance and making it simple and easy to learn steps. Teachers are both great, dedicated to students and make it fun. Great place to learn with social and group class, really enjoy coming to dance lessons. Money well spent!

I have only known Maki and Steven for a short period of time and I started taking lessons with Maki. Within a very short period of time my dancing improved rapidly. I really enjoyed dancing with Maki. I will be back and I would recommend this studio to anybody.

Outstanding commitment from all teachers. Private lessons were fun and full of encouragement, precise instruction and heaps of great tunes. I love the many opportunities to meet other Dancers at beautiful social events both inside and outside the studio. You made me feel so welcome and my confidence in social dancing has greatly improved. Thanks Maki and Steve and everyone at 5th Avenue.

We are very new to Maki and Steven , for me it was a very daunting thought and made me very anxious , they take baby steps with me , they are awesome , they are patient , we have loads of fun, the social nights are great , we have met lovely people and they all very accepting of any person on any level. 5th Avenue Dance is one of my favourite places to be. The staff and students are very welcoming and the classes are great fun. They teach steps not routines so you can dance with any partner to any music.
