Your Age does not matter when learning to dance… and here is why
No matter what your age, dancing brings out the inner child in you. It makes you feel alive
Many years ago, one of my students was a 17 year old young lady who was a 1st year university student.
One of her questions before learning to dance with us was “What is the age range of your students”
My answer was and remains … we have a wide age group from 17 to 90. This satisfied her
Later, after a group lesson, she stayed on dancing for extra practice, with someone else from her group.
This person was a 70 year old high court judge.
I overheard them asking each other questions having fun and practicing their dancing. The age gap did not matter – at all.
They were at the same level practicing the same things – having fun

We are centrally located at Suite 7 115 Currumburra Road in Ashmore.
How to Start
To get you started we do offer a Free Private Lesson, so you can, come in meet with a teacher let them know what you are interested in, and what you have done before – if anything, and where you might be utilising your dancing. Your teacher will give you more information about the studio and answer any questions you might have.
You will then have a lesson, going over 2 or 3 of the most popular ballroom dances. This gives you a chance to try out and see how we teach.
Your teacher at the end of the lesson will know the best way for you to start and go over the cost, schedule and times, if you are interested in doing more.
