Salsa on its own, has a Rumba based rhythm: Quick Quick Slow that is danced to a lively to fast tempo.

Salsa is characterised by a smooth, flowing and casual Latin / Cuban motion. Salsa is an easy and fun dance to learn and once you know the basic moves, you can dance to any Latin music!
